知识整合教学理论解读:将碎片化知识转化为连贯性想法——访学习科学国际著名专家马西娅·C·林教授

过去30多年的学习科学研究发现,知识告知型教学的效果非常不理想。意义学习等体现建构主义学习理论的主流学习理论都认为,学生已有的想法(知识)应该成为他们学习新知识时的首要资源。知识整合教学理论是马西娅·C·林教授基于科学教育与计算机教育研究中发现的共性问题发展出来的一套教学理论,其核心目标是帮助学习者形成连贯性的科学理解。知识整合教学理论认为,与主要聚焦于新想法相比,尊重学习者的已有想法并将新旧想法进行对比,学习者能够取得更大的成功。知识整合教学正是通过诱出想法、添加想法、辨分想法、反思和整理想法等环节将学习者碎片化的知识转化为连贯性想法的过程。实施与评价知识整合教学理论时,要按照让科学触手可及、让思维看得见、帮助学生向他人学习和促进学习自主四大核心原则,关注学生是否形成了连贯的科学理解,以及能否应用证据在不同的想法间建立连接。
