摘要：

神经鞘氨醇类似物FTY720是一种新型的免疫抑制剂,可用于器官移植的抗排斥反应以及自身免疫性疾病、肿瘤和炎症等的治疗,目前在肾移植排斥反应的治疗方面已进入Ⅲ期临床试验,在多发性硬化症的治疗方面已进入Ⅱ期临床试验。综述FTY720及其类似物的研究进展。
