摘要：

基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)是一种锌离子依赖的内肽酶,在多种结缔组织疾病中表达异常,与其发病密切相关。本文就MMP-9的结构、功能及其与结缔组织疾病的关系进行综述。
