循证护理临床实践障碍及应对策略的研究进展

摘要：

阐述了循证护理临床实践障碍的原因,主要原因为护士缺乏正确的认识,缺乏较高的信息素养,缺乏足够的时间;研究证据质量不高,时效性差并与实践脱节;患者自身价值和意愿未得到体现及护理管理者的支持等,导致循证护理理论和临床实践不能有机结合,其应对策略包括制定并应用影响循证护理临床实践障碍量表,改革学校循证护理教育,加强临床护士的培训,充分考虑患者的价值观和意愿;发挥护理领导者和图书馆员的作用等,以提高护士循证护理临床实践水平。
