中国科学基金应该加强对科学不端行为的防范

摘要：

科学不端行为是指“在科学研究与评价过程中出现的伪造、剽窃以及其它违反诚实性规范的行为”。科学不端行为是客观存在的,这是本文首先从实证角度给出的证实。进而文章分析了中国科学基金的运行机制,发现在这个机制下科学不端行为有机可乘。文章最后对中国科学基金应“如何加强对科学不端行为的防范”提出了四点具体建议
