摘要：

复习相关文献 ,综述性报道IGF 1R与肿瘤关系的研究进展。资料表明 ,IGF 1R介导IGF 1的活性 ,促进细胞增殖、细胞转化、抑制细胞凋亡 ,与肿瘤的发生、发展、转移密切相关。提示IGF 1R作为分子靶位点将成为肿瘤基因治疗的一个新课题。
