摘要：

持续脑电图监测提供了常现的神经系统床边检查和监测所不能提供的许多信息,比临床观察更加敏感和特异,可操作性和可阅读性好,具有较好的可预测性,且对非痉挛性发作NCS)和非痉挛性发作持续状态(NCSE)而言是唯一的诊断工具。本文重点介绍持续脑电图监测在神经科监护病房(NICU)中的应用。
