摘要：

炎症性肠病(IBD)的病因和发病机制尚未完全明确,遗传和环境被认为是重要因素。近年来,随着中国经济的发展,IBD的发病率和患病率也明显上升,似乎环境因素发挥了重要的作用。在IBD发病机制中,是遗传因素还是环境因素起了关键的作用?此文就此作一综述分析。
