摘要：

目的分析中医推拿联合功法训练治疗慢性非特异性颈痛（NCNP）的效果。方法 2014年10月2015年10月本院门诊纳入NCNP患者80例,随机分为观察组（n=40）和对照组（n=40）。观察组进行中医推拿联合功法训练,对照组采用颈椎间歇牵引。每周5次,治疗2周。分别在干预前、干预后即刻和1个月随访时,采用疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）和颈椎功能障碍指数（NDI）进行评价。结果 77例患者完成训练和随访。干预后,两组VAS和NDI均显著下降（t>9.330,P<0.001）。观察组干预后和1个月随访时,VAS评分明显低于对照组（F>8.338,P<0.01）;观察组1个月随访时的NDI评分明显低于对照组（F=9.053,P=0.004）。结论中医推拿联合功法可有效缓解颈痛、改善颈椎功能,效果优于颈椎间歇牵引。
