本科课程设置与改革的关键因素分析

摘要
本科课程设置与改革受到大学内外因素的制约,而内源性制约是当前改革需要首先关注的因素。构建有益于学科联通的教育教学组织,着眼学校与院系两个层面的课程设置改革,促进学生学习方式的转变,建立有效的评价系统,都是改革的关键性因素。而管理的有效驱动和过程控制则是改革的有力保证。
