恩度对肺癌转移及相关因子VEGF影响的研究

摘要：

目的观察恩度对肺癌患者血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的影响。方法选取30例患者恩度靶向治疗用量为7.5mg·m2,加入0.9%氯化钠注射液500ml中缓慢静脉滴注,静滴注时间≥3h,第1～14天连续给药,间歇7d重复,与放疗开始同步使用。观察恩度治疗前后VEGF的变化。结果恩度治疗前后VEGF的表达差异有统计学意义。结论恩度能降低VEGF蛋白的表达量。
