本文总结我院1979～1986年对口腔颌面部肿瘤切除后即刻采用带蒂肌皮瓣、骨瓣共14种皮瓣修复颌面部缺损共117例,游离前臂瓣、游离髂骨瓣、游离肩钾瓣43例。全组成活129例,部分成活16例,失败15例,全组失败率为9.3％,游离瓣失败率为13.7％。本文还讨论了额瓣仍是口腔内肿瘤切除后缺损理想供区,各种肌皮瓣修复颌面缺损成活的几个关键问题,游离瓣和香瓣在口腔颌面部应用适应症。
