摘要
为探讨最大 ST 段/心率斜率检测冠心病心肌缺血的价值,对22例患者测最亚极量平板运动试验最大ST 段/心率斜率,并在2周内行静息和运动心肌灌注 SPECT,比较两者间的关系。结果发现:最大 ST 段/心率斜率作为心肌缺血指标,能准确鉴别冠心病及其程度,而 ST 段压低及其它常规分级运动试验指标在各种程度心肌缺血及无心肌缺血间均有重叠,因此在个体患者中不能鉴别有无冠心病及其程度;故最大 ST 段/心率斜率在检测冠心病及其程度上准确性高于 ST 段压低及其它常规分级运动试验指标。
