单节段颈前路保留椎体后壁椎体次全切除减压融合术治疗颈椎病的疗效观察

摘要：

<正>对于压迫范围为连续型二节段的颈椎病患者,若其椎间隙严重狭窄,或合并经椎间隙难以切除的后纵韧带骨化、椎间盘钙化及巨大骨赘,单节段颈前路椎体次全切除减压融合术（anterior cervical corpectomy and fusion,ACCF）可提供较大的操作和减压空间。为了降低ACCF术中切除椎体大部分骨性结构导致术中出血增加、颈椎稳定性下降的风险,Groff等[1]提出了颈前路保留椎体后壁椎体次
