创业导向对高新技术企业绩效的影响——基于强弱关系的调节作用

摘要：

针对当前对创业导向研究忽略嵌入关系的不足,引入关系强度概念,探讨了创业导向、关系强度(进一步细分为强关系和弱关系)与企业绩效之间的关系,以120家高新技术企业为样本,对相关研究假设进行实证研究。研究发现,创业导向对高新技术企业绩效有促进作用;关系强度对高新技术企业绩效有着正向影响。细分来看,强关系对财务绩效的促进作用强于弱关系,弱关系对创新绩效的促进作用大于强关系;同时,强关系能增强创业导向对高新技术企业财务绩效的促进作用。
