摘要
蜂蜜是地球上现存的最古老的食物之一,不仅具有很高的食用价值和药用价值,而且近年来在促进伤口愈合方面的作用越来越被重视。蜂蜜有着广谱的抗菌作用,这是其在促进伤口快速愈合方面独有的优势,其具体机制目前已被较为完备地阐述。近年来,蜂蜜在免疫调控方面的作用逐渐被发现并广泛探索,包括:1刺激或抑制单核-吞噬细胞合成与释放特定细胞因子,如肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor,TNF)-α、白介素(interleukin,IL)-1β等;2调控氧化应激,如中性粒细胞释放活性氧簇(reactive oxygen species,ROSs)等;3调控角化细胞、成纤维细胞和内皮细胞等的炎性反应。对蜂蜜免疫调控作用的阐述和探索,对于更好地将蜂蜜应用于创伤的临床治疗至关重要。
