<正>近年来,糖尿病的黎明现象(down phenomenon)日益引起广泛重视。由于黎明现象在两型糖尿病中均属常见,并对临床治疗有重要影响,因此从Schmidt(1981)提出“黎明现象”这一具有特定含义的概念以来,国外已有不少的研究报道,但迄今一些重要问题尚未解决。本文综述近年来国外研究进展情况,重点是黎明现象的发生机理和临床防治。
