头痛平颗粒剂对偏头痛大鼠血中CGRP含量影响的研究

摘要：

目的 :研究头痛平颗粒剂对大鼠血中降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)含量的影响及其作用机制。方法 :皮下注射硝酸甘油注射液 (GTN) ,造成大鼠实验性偏头痛模型。给予头痛平颗粒剂治疗后 ,采用放射免疫法测定实验组大鼠血中CGRP的含量变化。结果 :头痛平颗粒剂高、低剂量能明显降低大鼠血中CGRP的含量。结论 :皮下注射GTN能使大鼠血中CGRP含量升高 ,头痛平颗粒剂及正天丸均可使升高的CGRP含量降低 ,改善神经源性炎症 ,从而使偏头痛症状得以缓解。
