摘要：

在肝纤维化的发生、发展过程中,贮脂细胞起着重要作用,而其“激活”过程则是肝纤维化形成的最终共同通路。很多因素参与这一过程的调控,包括细胞因子、细胞外基质及维生素A等。抑制这种“激活”过程有可能成为治疗肝纤维化的重点。
