大学英语教师使用教材任务的策略与动机

摘要：

本研究采用质性个案研究方法,以两名大学英语教师为研究对象,从活动理论视角探究了教师实施教材任务的具体策略、动机以及动机形成的原因。研究发现,两名教师在教学过程中都会采取跳过、增加、修改、调整顺序等策略对教材任务进行改编;她们的改编实践受到不同动机的驱动,且具有动态性;而动机的形成受到多种个人及社会环境因素的影响。文章最后基于本研究结果讨论了提高教师和教材编写者素质的重要性。
