摘要：

在同时考虑知识溢出和吸收能力的情形下,建立了一个双寡头企业的合作研发模型。分析了双寡头企业的研发投资活动及其对企业产量、利润的影响,提出了存在纳什均衡的条件并讨论了该条件下吸收能力和知识溢出的关系,最后比较了研发竞争与研发合作两种情况下有效成本降低、研发总成本、产量和利润的均衡解。
