急性脑梗死动脉溶栓术后并发症临床分析

摘要：

目的探讨急性脑梗死动脉溶栓术后并发症。方法回顾性分析2010年12月至2012年12月在我院行急性脑梗死动脉溶栓治疗的57例患者的临床资料,病例入选、排除标准符合中国急性缺血性脑卒中诊治指南2010版静脉溶栓的适应证。结果 57例患者术中血管再通良好45例,再通不良12例,血管再通率为78.9%;术后脑出血5例,脑出血率为8.77%;术后死亡10例,死亡率为17.54%。结论动脉溶栓治疗的并发症主要有缺血再灌注损伤、术后脑出血、血管再通后再闭塞和血管损伤等。
