摘要：

临床检验专业医疗质量控制指标(质量指标)是对一组固有特征满足要求的程度的衡量,它可用于监测和评价检验全过程(检验前、检验中和检验后阶段)中各个关键步骤的性能满足要求的程度,通过量化各个阶段的质量水平,继而有针对性地持续改进。为进一步加强医疗质量管理,规范临床诊疗行为,促进医疗服务的标准化、同质化,国家卫生计生委于2015年发布了包含检验全过程的15项临床检验专业医疗质量控制指标(国卫办医函[2015]252号)。
