小儿上消化道出血的治疗

摘要：

上消化道出血(UGB)是儿科临床常见的危重急症,其病因很多,消化性溃疡约占50%。小儿UGB治疗原则是:迅速稳定患儿的生命体征,确定出血部位及病因,以内镜为基础,联合内科抑酸等药物治疗,亦可选用放射性介入治疗,上述治疗失败行急诊外科手术治疗。
