摘要
目的研究运动功能状态量表(MSS)与上肢Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表(FMA)的效度。方法对22例脑外伤和脑卒中患者的上肢运动功能进行MSS与上肢FMA的效度比较研究。结果MSS与上肢FMA高度相关,Pearson相关系数为0.961(P<0.01)。结论MSS反映脑损伤后上肢运动功能有很好的有效性,可做为脑损伤上肢康复的评定指标。
