摘要：

肠易激综合征(IBS)是常见的功能性胃肠病之一,严重影响患者生活质量。目前IBS的发病机制尚未明确,内脏敏感性增高、中枢痛觉异常可能参与发病过程。抗抑郁药物可改善IBS患者腹痛、腹部不适、精神障碍、排便异常,提高患者生活质量。本文就抗抑郁药物治疗IBS的研究进展作一综述。
