右旋美托是一种较新型的重症监护病室镇静药,具有镇静和镇痛作用特性。本文综述了右旋美托咪啶的药理学、药物代谢动力学及其在重症监护病室中的临床应用,包括对谵妄的防治、药物本身的安全性和其特殊的可唤醒镇静效应。
