摘要
目的 :研究音乐对大鼠空间学习和记忆及海马内NMDA受体表达的影响 .方法 :用Morris水迷宫行为检测法 ,检测音乐刺激后大鼠学习和记忆能力的变化 ;免疫组化和PCR技术 ,检测海马NMDA受体及编码NMDA受体mRNA的表达 .结果 :音乐刺激后 ,大鼠信息游泳和选择游泳的逃避潜伏期缩短 ,选择游泳选择正确率提高 ,其变化以持续音乐刺激组最明显 ,生后音乐组次之 ,对照组最小 ;音乐刺激后海马神经元NMDA受体及其mRNA表达增加 .结论 :音乐刺激能提高大鼠空间记忆能力 ,增强海马神经元NMDA受体及编码NMDA受体的mRNA表达 .
