女性冠心病患者有更高的抑郁发病率,抑郁是女性冠心病的危险因素,冠心病也可导致或加重抑郁症状,二者相互影响,但其机制尚不明确;对抑郁的有效干预可影响女性冠心病的发生、发展及预后。
