<正>肠易激综合征(IBS)是常见的功能性肠病,表现为腹痛和(或)腹部不适,与排便的次数或性状相关。世界范围内,IBS患病率为5%～25%,欧美发病率高于其他地区,亚洲发病率随地区和诊断标准不同差异甚大。以Manning标准诊断,我国北京居民的发病率为7.26%;以罗马标准诊断,北京居民的发病率为0.82%,广州居民则为
