摘要：

化疗致周围神经病变(Chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy,CIPN)是常见的化疗相关毒副反应,患者可因不能耐受神经病变所致的疼痛、麻木而中断治疗,影响预后。然而,无论是预防性治疗,还是对症治疗均未显示确切疗效。本文将探讨化疗致周围神经病变的诊断和评估,并对多种正在临床使用的预防性及对症治疗方法进行回顾。
