教育及社保投入对生育率和教育水平的影响

摘要：

本文通过代际交迭模型探究了教育及社保投入对生育率和社会人均教育水平的影响及作用渠道。政府通过向个人收入征税来融资,为简便分析,税收收入仅用于社保支出和教育支出,由此税率和税收分配到社保的比重共同决定社保投入水平。作为基准模型,我们发现在私人教育下,税率增加,生育率下降,但人均教育水平不变。在公共教育下,税率增加,生育率也下降,但人均教育水平反而增加;当从税收中分配到社保的比例增加时,生育率下降,人均教育水平的变化不确定。最后我们对世界各国2000年—2012年的生育率、社保和教育投入的面板数据进行实证分析,实证结果与前述理论结果相一致。
