创新能力如何助力本土品牌厂商“换道超车”?

摘要
创新能力在本土品牌厂商"换道超车"过程中发挥了重要的作用。本文借助北汽和比亚迪在新能源汽车市场的成功案例,从创新能力视角探讨本土品牌厂商的"换道超车"问题。研究发现,本土品牌厂商借助创新能力实现"换道超车"需要经历市场进入、技术突破、全面超越等不同阶段,研究还发现,机会识别能力、资源整合能力、创新协同能力是构成本土品牌厂商创新能力的关键。
