摘要：

<正>肠易激综合征(irritable bowel syndrome,IBS)是以腹痛或腹部不适伴有排便次数和(或)粪便性状改变的一种功能性肠病。全球患病率约为11.2%[1],中国人IBS总体患病率约为6.5%[2],且有上升趋势。目前其病因尚不明确,主要发病机制包括胃肠道动力功能异常、内脏高敏感、肠道菌群紊乱、脑-肠互动异常和精神心理障碍等。IBS症状具
