摘要
eMM被用来评估一个教育机构实施e-Learning的能力和水平。本文在原有eMM的基础上,提出了描述过程行为的量化方法,建立了eMM过程元模型。运用过程能力基线的概念,从量上来分析教育机构实施e-Learning的能力水平以及进行过程持续改进的监控与评估。
