摘要：

现代生活方式伴随着许多慢性病的发生,植物源性保护物质可以对抗生活方式病。姜黄既是常用的调料,又是传统植物药,对许多疾病有较好的作用,其有效成分姜黄素对动脉硬化、癌症、糖尿病、胃病、肝病、神经退行性疾病、呼吸系统疾病等都有防护作用。综述近年来国外对姜黄、姜黄素的研究情况。
