陆川猪Leptin基因的SNP检测及其与部分生产性状的关联分析

摘要：

以82头陆川猪为材料,根据猪Leptin基因序列设计一对引物,采用PCR-SSCP技术进行单核苷酸多态性(SNP)检测,发现一个SNP位点,并对该位点的3种基因型与陆川猪部分生产性状进行相关性分析。结果表明:CC型个体的断奶重和平均日增重显著高于TT型和CT型(P<0 05)。由此初步推断Leptin基因可能是影响陆川猪生产性状的候选基因之一或与主基因相连锁,可以用该位点对陆川猪生产性状进行标记辅助选择。
