摘要
本文的主要目的是探讨冲击波在医学中的应用。通过在pubmed上检索关键词"shock wave"与相应的专科名词,如"骨科学(Orthopedics)"、"心血管病学(Cardiology)",得到相应的文献,去掉与冲击波关联不大、年代久远、内容重复的文献,共得到40篇文献。通过对这些文献分类、整理,发现近年来对冲击波的研究热点主要集中在再生医学、骨科学、心血管病学上,报道较多的是冲击波能够通过调节一氧化氮(NO)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的释放,促进新生血管形成,改善局部缺血状态,从而促进组织再生,缓解疼痛,这在冲击波治疗骨肌系统疾病、促进创面愈合、改善心肌缺血的相关报道中均有涉及。冲击波具有无创、安全、廉价、易行的优点,再加上较好的治疗效果,相信冲击波在医学中会得到越来越广泛的应用。
