菊糖及低果聚糖的代谢及生理特性

摘要
菊糖和低果聚糖是一类在人体上胃肠道不可消化,在大肠内发酵并产生低级脂肪酸,可促进双歧杆菌增殖和排便,低热值,高安全性的果聚糖。本文对此作了综述。
