微信用户持续使用意愿影响因素研究

摘要
以期望确认模型为基础,构建了微信用户持续使用意愿影响因素的研究模型并进行了实证分析。结果表明,感知有用性、感知娱乐性、满意度、感知用户性均能对持续使用意愿产生直接的正向影响作用,感知有用性、感知娱乐性和确认程度还通过满意度的中介作用对持续使用意愿有间接影响,而感知互补性则不能直接影响微信用户的持续使用意愿。
