大电机定子绝缘的超声波衰减系数的研究

摘要：

用 A型脉冲回波法超声波检测系统研究了大电机定子线棒不同绝缘部位的超声波衰减系数及其随绝缘老化的变化规律。结果表明 :定子线棒的正面绝缘适合于衰减系数的测量 ;线棒表面的半导体层利于衰减系数测量 ;不同界面对衰减系数测量影响很大 ,应用声能在界面上的反射率修正衰减系数 ;超声波衰减系数可用来表征绝缘的老化状态
