体外单次冲击波对偏瘫患者肱二头肌肌张力的即时影响

摘要
目的:探讨体外单次冲击波处理对偏瘫患者偏瘫侧肱二头肌肌张力的即时影响。方法:对16例脑卒中或脑外伤并伴有偏瘫侧肱二头肌肌张力异常增高的患者进行偏瘫侧肱二头肌单次冲击波治疗,治疗前后立即进行改良Tardieu量表(MTS)评定。结果:16例患者治疗后偏瘫侧肘关节被动伸展角度R1较治疗前明显增加(P<0.01);R2治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义。治疗后偏瘫侧肱二头肌MTS中肌肉反应的质量(X)分级较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05)。结论:体外单次冲击波处理对偏瘫患者肢体肌张力增高有即时的缓解作用。
