摘要：
Objetive :To researc and understand the features of defense style of neurotic patients.Methods:56neurotic patients and 56 medical patients were assessed with Defense Style Questionnaire(DSQ).Results:Compared with nedical patients Neurotic patients scored higher for the immature defense style(F2) and medium defense style (F3),lower for the mature defense style(F1).They often used the defensive mechanism of projection somatization idealization,communicative trend and undoing but humor and suppression were seldom used .Conclusion:The results suggested that ueurotic patients use an unsuitable defense style
