炎症反应影响甲状腺激素水平变化的机制

摘要
炎症反应是机体对病原微生物感染、创伤、变态反应等发生的组织细胞反应,主要是指从细胞损害开始直到组织细胞修复全过程的病理生理变化。在炎症反应中,炎症介质如白细胞介素-6(IL-6)等能降低外周血甲状腺激素(TH)的水平。以往有研究认为,血清中游离甲状腺激素(FT4)和炎症细胞因子间存在一个互相影响的负反馈机制。那么,究竟炎症反应是如何影响TH水平变化的呢?现就炎症对TH表达、分泌的直接作用机制,以及炎症发生后TH的血浆转运、组织摄取和代谢等环节的调节机制进行综述。
