:可持续发展的量度问题是持续发展的重要课题。加拿大生态经济学家 William和其博士生Wackernagel倡导的生态足迹分析法 ,以基于生态生产性土地的量化指标、创新的思路和方法的普适性而日益流行。系统地介绍了生态足迹分析法的理论框架、指标体系和计算方法 ,并通过介绍世界 52个国家和地区的生态足迹具体地阐述生态足迹分析法的应用。最后 ,对该方法及其应用前景进行了评价。
