药物洗脱支架的出现在冠心病血运重建史上具有里程碑式的意义,目前冠心病的介入治疗(PCI)已处于药物洗脱支架(DES)时代。急性冠脉综合征(ACS)有特殊的病理生理机制。如何利用现有初步的DES治疗经验,改进ACS的PCI策略,是目前学术界十分关注的热点问题。现根据循证医学的最新结果,评价了DES在ACS中应用的疗效、安全性,以及在特殊人群中的应用,探讨了药物洗脱支架在ACS治疗中的问题和最新进展。
