裸燕麦麸β-葡聚糖的提纯分离及结构研究

摘要
从裸燕麦麸皮中提取β 葡聚糖,用硫酸铵沉淀法对粗提物进行初步纯化得到组分POG,利用离子交换柱色谱和SepharoseCL-4B凝胶柱色谱对POG进一步纯化得到组分POG11和POG12,用气相色谱测定了它们的单糖组成,并经荧光吸收表明组分POG11为β 葡聚糖,用酶法测定其β 葡聚糖含量为98.6%,高效液相色谱显示该组分相对分子质量为2.62×106,红外光谱和13C核磁共振表明POG11是混合键(1→3)(1→4)-β-D-葡聚糖.
