环己酮氨肟化反应体系中TS-1分子筛失活原因的研究

摘要
在TS-1分子筛催化环己酮氨肟化制备环己酮肟反应体系中考察了催化剂的稳定性及失活原因。对新鲜催化剂和失活催化剂进行的XBD、FF-IB、FT-Raman、ICP、TGA/DTA等一系列对比表征和初步再生试验的结果表明,TS-1分子筛在单程运转周期内失活的主要原因是沉积物堵塞了分子筛的孔道,此外还存在着骨架钛结构变化的趋势,但失活分子筛的晶相结构没有遭到明显破坏。
