辛伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征患者血清MMP-9及sICAM-1的影响

摘要：

目的探讨辛伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者MMP-9和ICAM-1的影响。方法检测96例ACS患者MMP-9、ICAM-1和CPR,并进行治疗前后的比较。结果急性心梗(AM I)和不稳定性心绞痛(UA)经辛伐他汀治疗4周后均明显下降。结论辛伐他汀有减轻炎症反应及心血管保护的作用。
