卡维地洛对心肌梗死后大鼠转化生长因子-β和Ⅰ型胶原表达的影响

摘要
目的:观察卡维地洛对心肌梗死后大鼠转化生长因子-β1和Ⅰ型胶原表达的影响。方法:结扎左冠状动脉前降支建立大鼠急性心肌梗死模型,心肌梗死后存活24 h者32只随机分为2组:观察组给予卡维地洛10 mg/(kg.d);对照组仅给予相同体积的生理盐水15 mL/(kg.d);假手术组10只为仅穿线不结扎左前降支者,给予生理盐水15 mL/(kg.d),均经灌胃给药。观察各组4周末血流动力学和心肌组织中转化生长因子-β1和Ⅰ型胶原的变化。结果:观察组与假手术组比较,4周末大鼠心脏质量、左心室质量、心脏质量指数、左心室质量指数均增加(P<0.05);与对照组比较,上述指标下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组大鼠血流动力学指标及心室重塑指标均显著改善。结论:卡维地洛降低转化生长因子-β1的表达和抑制Ⅰ型胶原的沉积,从而改善心肌梗死后心室重塑。
